          Jopari was established in 1983 with a goal to provide new home builders and developers with cost effective, creative and professional sales and marketing services.  The company is under the direction of its founder, Mr. John DePinto, who has successfully completed assignments for many major developments located throughout the southeast and northeast sections of the United States.  A partial list of his past and current clients include; Avatar Homes, Continental Properties Inc., CBD Land Consultants, Pulte Homes, D.R. Horton, Hallmark Homes, Byron Hill Homebuilders, Victor Homes, Lakeside Homes, LAH Construction and Sterling Homes LLC.

Licensed as a real estate broker in New Jersey, Jopari is committed to providing to building companies, as an out-source agency, the services normally assigned to a builder’s in-house sales and marketing department.  Jopari does not market re-sale homes.  Its focus is the traditional and auction methods of sale of new homes, condominiums and vacant residential land.
