Greetings, my name is Janice Hamby. I have been the Principal Broker of Third Tennessee Realty and Associates, LLC since 2004. Previously, I owned Raintree Properties, a company I purchased in 1989 after serving as managing broker for the previous owners. Later, Raintree Properties was sold prior to launching Third Tennessee Realty and Associates, LLC. and Third Tennessee Auction Company.

I have been active in the REALTOR organization since I was first licensed in the State of Tennessee, serving in leadership capacity on the local level, then as Chapter Respresentative of the Knoxville Area Association, also as a state director. In the past I was an instructor at the Tennessee College of Education Courses for Real Estate Licensees.

I am very active locally in all aspects of community service, serving for the past number of years as Director on the Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce and also past Chairman of this organization. Also serving as director and avid supporter of the United Fund of Cumberland County and a team leader on the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
