Thoughts From Jim Netter As 2013 Begins
A New Year is always something to celebrate. There is something incredibly exciting about starting fresh and full of hopes and dreams. Anything is possible with the proper plans in place to turn them into reality.
My dreams almost always include voyages to the ocean via the glorious Great South Bay, joined by my friends and family. Even though we are in the chill of winter, the thought of that reality in a few short months keeps me warm. I want to get out there as soon as possible. It is a dream shared by so many and why South Shore living will always be sought.
And that’s how I see 2013…no matter what the rest of the world is doing, our little corner of it will continue to strengthen because there is no other place in the world quite like the South Shore. Continuing the tradition of last year, real estate does not hibernate in the winter. Far from it as serious sellers and qualified buyers know that now is prime time to get moving…and we will keep going and growing from there.
Our beautiful Long Island is recovering – both physically and economically. I believe that we could see growth in the form of appreciation in sales soon. If you have a real estate dream – selling, buying, renting or relocating anywhere in the world – Netter Real Estate will help you fulfill it. Stop by our office, 404 Montauk Highway in West Islip. We have been serving the Long Island Community since 1949. Tell us what your needs are. We’ll listen and serve you.
Wishing you health, prosperity and happiness in 2013,
