Urban Aire Realty is looking for 2-Broker Agents and 2-Leasing Agents in the following Chicagoland areas:
1. Chicago Loop area.
2. DuPage County: Aurora/Naperville/Wheaton/Warrenville and vicinity
Qualifications: 1. Brokers Agents must have an active Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
2. Leasing Agents have an active Illinois Real Estate Leasing License.
3. Needs to have at least 1 year of experience in the real estate business.
a. Needs to be able to manage every aspect of their business to include effective time management skills, organizational and prioritizing skills, prospecting for clients, advertising with manager approval, excellent communication skills and great follow up skills.
